With over 12 years in the service and bartending industry and several years of experience in events, I’ve built my approach around one core belief: the best experiences are personal. From intimate dinners to special celebrations, every detail matters—and every guest should feel taken care of.

Family is at the heart of everything I do. Many of the flavors and inspirations behind my work come from recipes and traditions passed down through generations—meals that were meant to be shared, remembered, and enjoyed together. That same intention carries into every private dining experience I create today.
